With 25 years’ experience in different levels of building construction, I am qualified for a deeper understanding of what is needed and how to get it. The last 7 years before Covid shut this area down, I was doing the mechanical design (engineering) with a world class architect (Swatt / Miers 5845 Doyle st. STE 104, Emeryville, CA) I was then contracting with the buyer’s building contractor. These were homes in the ten-to-thirty million dollar range, from San Francisco to Napa and Calistoga. They were 3-year builds with smaller installs I could do while waiting for construction to catch up to the next phase where my work was needed. This smaller work was my bread and butter. It was the Superintendents on the projects who recommended and brought other work to me.
