Based upon this process developed by “NASA”, all homes in the US today, are built with these new considerations.  Passing this efficiency testing is required before signing off on new construction.

Today, older homes can be brought closer to the new Standards, having energy savings pay for the improvement. An energy efficiency audit that will provide the needs for improvements, the potential “cost” savings with utility gifts and government rebates available included.
